Stellar Service Joe and his team are professional and extremely customer service oriented! He walked me back to my vehicle a couple of times to show me where my issues were on my vehicle, and explained in great detail on how they could be resolved. I also utilized their shuttle service so that I wouldn't have to wait in the store while they worked on my vehicle! Top Notch customer service from start to finish. Thanks guys!!

Now, I don't know much about cars but my husband does. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the good work they do. Every time they give us a quote, we research the parts before saying "yes" to the work, just to make sure we're not getting jipped. As a woman who doesn't know anything about vehicles and could easily be taken advantage of in a situation like this, I feel that Bartel's is truthful towards me (but still have them speak with my husband, just in case!). Brought my car in for preventive Winter maintenance. I did not have an appointment. I was advised that it would be about an hour wait time including the time to do the work. I dealt with Joe. He was very pleasant and polite. I asked a fair amount of questions and he answered them in a very professional and informative manner. I may need some additional work and I will return for the appropriate diagnostics. Bartel's offers good service at a fair price - and that's all one can ask for. I would have given 5 stars but it did take an hour longer due to the wait for delivery of the cabin air filters that needed to be replaced. Other than that, no complaints at this time. Oh and by the way, I am a woman. I was treated with total respect. I also spoke with several other employees and everyone was very engaging and quite nice.

Always great service. They really care about the safety of you and your car. I really like how they check out the car and tell you what's happening before they start work so you are informed.

Although I'm in mostly for an oil change I have had many serious repairs done to my vehicle. Things have always been pointed out to me that either may need to be attended to or have to be fixed now. I've always been brought out to the shop and shown what the problem was and given a fair estimate as to what the cost would be. In my opinion they are the most above board auto repair shop in my area and would recommend them to anyone.

First time here, treated amazing. I like how they don't try to make you buy there product or try and force you into anything.
