Service was excellent! The owner made a point to stop by and speak to me for 10 minutes while I was in the waiting room. I had a coupon for a free diagnosis of my check engine light and they accepted this with no hassle.The service manager went through everything with me and took me around the car to explain and show me the issues. There was no pressure, no upsell, just straight honest talk. I would recommend this company to everyone. The whole place was immaculate. This owner prides himself on his business, no doubt!

I have been pleased with the service that I have received from Bartels. They do a good job, charge reasonable prices, and don't advise repairs that are unnecessary like other Auto Service businesses I've taken my car to. They remember who I am, treat me like a valued customer. In short, the have earn my business at each interaction, they don't take me for granted.

I was impressed with the courtesy and service offered. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Not cheap, but fair. I appreciated the courtesy of telling me of a situation I needed to address in the near future, but not upsell attempt or pressure to "do it now." I have dealt in the past with garages I would not send my wife to, knowing they would take advantage of her being a woman and not knowledgeable about cars, but I will not have any hesitancy to send her here if we have need and I am not able to take the car in personally. The guys did a free, thorough inspection and test drive to check my auto-transmission and identified a few important things that need to be repaired. Very friendly and professional.

I have been taking my vehicles to Bartels for over 6 years. I have an 11-year old vehicle. It's in great shape, except for usual wear and tear, and I trust Bartels will do the right thing. Any other shop could easily take advantage of the situation. Not Bartels. If you're reading this and have not gone to Bartels, GO! You won't regret it.

What a great place to have your car serviced! From the moment I walked thru the door I felt like I was at home. The manager and staff were super friendly and even brought me out to my car to show me issues with it. No other shop has done that for me before. They had coffee and water and tv for me while they serviced my car. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks again guys!
