Submitted a schedule request online. Within a couple of hours, the service advisor emailed me to inform me of the availability of my requested service dates/times (all options were open). Dropped my car off the night before. The service advisor called me before starting any work to understand my perspective of the issues I reported, to confirm the work I wanted to have done, to inquire about past maintenance I had performed, and provided a no-pressure recommendation for possible needed preventative maintenance with an estimate. The work was completed before the end of business, and all worked satisfactorily completed. Was offered the option to pay over the phone and pick up after close of business, pay in shop before close of business, or pick up the next day (any at my convenience). Upon paying/picking up the car, the same service advisor reminded to check past service records to consider the need for preventative maintenance.
